The Faculty of Physiotherapy includes five departments:
First: Department of Basic Sciences
Second: Department of Internal Medicine
Third: Department of Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Fourth: Department of Neurological Physiotherapy
Fifth: Department of Physiotherapy for disorders of the musculoskeletal system
Objectives of the Faculty of Physiotherapy:
• Raise the efficiency of the educational process in the college and provide programs in the light of international quality standards.
• Developing the graduate studies system and supporting scientific research and its applications.
• Developing community service and working to achieve community satisfaction.
• Improving the college’s institutional capacity and developing its own resources.
• Developing students’ skills and abilities for creativity, innovation, scientific thinking and entrepreneurship.

The College of Physiotherapy, as the oldest college in the Middle East, is committed to preparing a graduate who is able to meet the various needs of the labor market locally, regionally and internationally with a distinguished competitive level, and a researcher who is able to develop the profession within the framework of commitment to values and habits that support community service through continuous learning and development of educational programs and scientific research
The study system in the Faculty of Physiotherapy:
The duration of study in this college is six years, and the last year is practical training under supervision, in what is known as the year of excellence.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, the college awards master’s and doctoral degrees in cooperation with international universities and research institutes, so that the certificates awarded are equivalent to those universities and international institutions.
